Change Management

Every company and organization develops a particular culture over time formed by the style and manner of leadership beginning with the CEO. In order to change a company culture and make it more dynamic, creative and attractive to the best people, the top managers must first see who they are and where they stand in relation to their fellow workers (managers, peers and employees) Once this hard truth is looked at without blinders, the next step its to develop the most effective leadership skills so that managers at all levels can begin to lead and motivate their people. This needs to be reinforced with on the job coaching where a manager can be observed and coached first hand. Gradually leaders emerge to motivate their teams, teams begin to work together for the overall goals of the company. A new dynamic will start to emerge that will take on its own power. A communicative energizing and motivating culture begins to appear and everyone will directly benefit from it. Change Management must pass through several phases that take a minimum of 2,5 years.
