Seminar Organization
  • These seminars can be held either "in house" at your local branch or at the company’s training headquarters in the U.S.; Europe or Asia. They can also be given at a hotel conveniently located for all involved. If this were the case, a quiet hotel with an atmosphere for enjoyable learning would be preferable. Such hotel seminars could be arranged through the management firm supervising the Fischer International Trainings (F.I.T.) seminars or directly through Dominic Fischer.
  • All seminars are offered as half day minimum introductory sessions up to 5 day intensives.
Of course the Learning Organization and Change Management seminars require a sustained, disciplined follow up that involves individual coaching as well. Ideally, a series of seminars could be established a number of times a year, as needed, over a 1 or 2 year period for the other courses.
  • All seminars are given in English with expert translators for those who need it. Note that the seminars are structured such that minimal amount of translation is necessary and exercises between participants are carried out in their mother tongue.
  • All seminars call for casual dress
  • Limit of participants: 10 to 15, depending on the course
